OBIEE 12c: Report Throwing Error: "[nQSError: 46043] Internal Error" When Adding Filter

Symptoms
On Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) 12.2.1.3.x version,
- Create a report using 3 different presentation tables: Table 2, Table 2 and Table 3. Run the report. Working as expected.
- Insert a generic filter in the report. Run the report.
- The report stops working and throwing error as below.
