unable to open HTML version of Hyperion report

In RAFramework_iHTMLServelet.log file:

[RaFramework0] [ERROR] [] [] [tid: 12] [userId: <anonymous>] [ecid: 0000MUT0SN6DScK5QVt1id1S3hiX0001f2,0] [APP: RAFRAMEWORK#] [SRC_CLASS:] [SRC_METHOD: addToDiskCache:?] unable to open or write to cached file: /Oracle/Middleware/user_projects/epmsystem1/ReportingAnalysis/RAFrameworkWebapp/WEB-INF/temp/iHTMLServlet/000001679d01373d-0000-d8f7-0ad20284/1/0/BQCORBA.htm

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
-- Login to workspace with any user account including admin

-- Try to run a bqy report in iHTML mode


 Reporting and Analysis services were started using root user account not with the account which has access on Hyperion products. So, temp folder was being accessed through root user account.
