Oracle Journals In Smartview Doesn´t Work With Decimal Places (Doc ID 2486322.1)

Symptoms

The customer reported that the Journal values are mismatching in SV as its gets with Exponents (6.6E+17), if the value is entered as 6,7 in UI. Settings which customer has below

Decimal Symbol as Dot
Digit Grouping Symbol as Comma

Workpspace prefrence as:

Decimal Character as Comma
Thousand Separator as Dot

SmartView Advance Option Settings as:

Decimal Separator as Dot
Thousand Separator as  Comma
