OBIEE 12c : After RPD Upload, OBIS2 Fails To Start (Doc ID 2490692.1)

Symptoms

On: Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition

 

OBIEE is horizontally clustered. 

After doing offline RPD changes and uploading it, OBIS2 component picks up an invalid RPD entry and fails to start.

Below error message is captured in obis2-diagnostic.log :
