OBIEE 12c: Enterprise Manager Hangs When Application Role is Selected (Doc ID 2492306.1)

Symptoms

Application Role has more than 200 users added to in the EM.
After selecting a role the system hangs for a long time (sometimes over 10min).


Error in the AdminServer.log
