Unable to Display Custom Links (Doc ID 2492912.1)

Symptoms

You have followed the instructions in the System Administrator's Guide (11g or 12c) and have:

  1. Created the customlinks.xml file
  2. Added the CustomLinks element
  3. Assigned the correct privileges
  4. Restarted the services

However, once you login to analytics (http://<server>:<port>/analytics) the custom links are not displayed.
