Purpose
This article contains important information regarding Oracle’s strategy for Essbase Administration Services (EAS) console delivered as part of 11.1.2.x and EAS Lite delivered as part of 21c.

This article contains important information regarding Oracle’s strategy for Essbase Administration Services (EAS) console delivered as part of 11.1.2.x and EAS Lite delivered as part of 21c.
EAS delivered as part of 11.1.2.4
EAS Console is delivered with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System 11.1.2.4 as part of Oracle Essbase. Oracle has included Essbase Administration Services Console, as part of Essbase 11.1.2.4, with the Enterprise Performance Management 11.2 release. Oracle will support and maintain Oracle Essbase 11.1.2.x, in accordance with the Lifetime Support and Technical Support Policies.
EAS functionality in 11.1.2.x
Future plans call for the functionality of EAS to be incorporated into other provided administrative user interfaces.
EAS Lite delivered as part of 21c
Limited-use Essbase Administration Services (EAS Lite) is delivered in Essbase 21c for non-OCI, independent deployment only. Please be advised that the terminal (final) release of EAS Lite is 21c.
Oracle will support and maintain EAS Lite with Oracle Essbase 21c, in accordance with the Lifetime Support and Technical Support Policies.
EAS functionality going forward (beyond 21c)
Future plans call for the functionality of EAS Lite to be incorporated into other provided user interfaces in subsequent releases of Essbase.
