Symptoms


When trying to migrate a catalog folder from one environment to another in 12c in the presentation services using Unarchive, Cancel uploading is found on the screen for hours.

The catalog folder is about 10 MB in size.

Clustered environment with two or more nodes and BIData is in a shared NFS drive.

 

Found "java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out" in the bi_server1.log
