On : 11.1.2.4.000 version, Configuration/Administration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
FR web and RA framework web services have started both in windows and web logic it is in running state but started log file shows fail. Also functionality is working so only error message in log file

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Starter log file should not have any error message .
