OBIEE 12c Error 'Blocked Loading Mixed Active Content' When Accessing Visual Analyzer When SSL Is Configured On The Load Balancer.

Symptoms
Using BIEE 12.2.1.4 On-Premise.
Have not configured SSL in BIEE.
Using an F5 Load Balancer on the front-end and are terminating the SSL at the F5 LB and sending HTTP to BIEE.
This all works fine when accessing BIEE Analytics using the URL below:
https://servername.domainname.com/analytics/saw.dll?bieehome
When doing the same using a URL for Visual Analyzer as seen below:
https://servername.domainname.com/dv/ui/home.jsp?pageid=home
getting the following error -> Connection Timeout.
Then looking at the HTTP request using F12 Developer Tools on the local pc the see the error:
