Symptoms

While executing out of box mapping SDE_ORA_OrderItemFact_Derive.W_ORA_ORDERITEM_F_1_TMP getting below error message.
 ODI-1217: Session SDE_ORAR1213_ADAPTOR_SDE_ORA_ORDERITEMFACT_DERIVE (60276500) fails with return code 20942.

Session log shows:

ODI-1217: Session SDE_ORA_OrderItemFact_Derive (59064500) fails with return code 20942.
ODI-1226: Step Diagnostics Raise Exception fails after 1 attempt(s).
ODI-1232: Procedure Diagnostics Raise Exception execution fails.
ODI-1228: Task Diagnostics Raise Exception (Procedure) fails on the target ORACLE connection BIAPPS_DW.
Caused By: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20942: ODI-1228: Task SDE_ORA_OrderItemFact_Derive.W_ORA_ORDERITEM_F_1_TMP (Integration) fails on the target ORACLE connection BIAPPS_DW.
Caused By: java.sql.SQLDataException: ORA-01438: value larger than specified precision allowed for this column
