OBIEE 12C : Time Shows Wrong In Agent Schedule Start Button

On : 18.104.22.168 onward , Agents
Time shows wrong in Agent Schedule Start button. If we select EST in preference that it shows one hour in advance than actual time. If we select CST in preference than it shows correct time although we are in EST time zone.
Bug 27256244 - TIME SHOWS WRONG IN AGENT SCHEDULE START BUTTON ET+1
1) We have notice problem at agent scheduler start - time is off 1hr.
2) Edit an Analysis ,-> Click on the 'Results' tab , -> Edit the 'Title' view or create a 'Title' view , -> Change the 'Started Time' to 'Display date and time' ---- It shows correct time no issues
