Symptoms
In OBIA 11g, out of the box dashboard reports for Fixed Assets shows wrong Net Book Value.
Assets without depreciation for the Fiscal Period selected in the prompt is left out of the Net Book Value amount.
Net Book Value is varying and is incorrect for historical Fiscal Periods.
Assets without depreciation are excluded from the amount in this column.
