Unable To View Financial Reporting (FR) Report In PDF Format While Multiple Sessions Of Workspace Are Open (Doc ID 2515747.1)

You're unable to view an FR report in PDF format, if there are multiple sessions of Workspace opened.

For example, if a user has two sessions of Workspace opened, he/she is only able to view a report in PDF format in the first session. The second session will not render the report in PDF properly, and the user will simply see a blank screen. The same report will render without issue in HTML format.

NOTE: This may only affect customers who are using Citrix with users who are opening multiple Citrix sessions to EPM Workspace/FR.


Citrix Microsoft Windows servers are patched with critical Microsoft updates as noted in the Cause section below.
