Attempting to import a BAR file using the following or similar command fails.

Importing only the Security:

Results in the following error:

SEVERE: Failed in migrateing policy store from stripe obi to file ..../domains/bi/tmp/metadata/import/1549406517634/work/backup/jazn-data.xml

Note: Similar issues have been seen doing an Export of the BAR file as well.

Changes to the OPSS Schema have happened, such as the deleting of a BI Application Role, or table change to the RCU may have been made.
