Symptoms
When attempting to run any reports, both new or upgraded, the following error occurs.

OBIS1 core dumps and crashes.
Around the time of the issue see the following in the obis1-diagnostic.log:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to 12.2.1.4 from 12.2.1.3.
2. Attempt to create a new report and run it.
3. Or run an existing report.
4. OBIS1 core dumps and crashes.
