Symptoms
On Oracle business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) 11.1.1.7.0 version,
Graphs are failed to load in UI. Getting the below error message when viewing graphs -
ERROR:
An error occurred during connect to <xxx.xx.x.xxx>:<JavaHost Port>. No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. [Socket:2900]
The below trace is found in the opmn.log:
[opmn] [ERROR:1] [726] [pm-requests] Launch target process start error: logquery 1 <Oracle_MW>\Oracle_BI1\jdk\bin\java (Unknown error)
