OBIA 11g: Inventory Product Categories Are Not Loaded, Instead It Shows Only Zeros

On : 11.1.1.10.2 version, DataWarehouse
Inventory Product Categories are not loading correctly:
All the inventory Product categories are not loaded during Full / Incremental data load. This is causing many of the reports to show incorrect results. Even after trying with both full and incremental data load; the inventory categories does exist in the source table but its not loading to the Data Warehouse staging and dimension tables.
Changes
No customization done to logic except adding new columns added following Oracle recommendation articles.
