Symptoms

Instance is integrated with EBS SSO and has SSL enabled. EBS users are able to access and create Analysis & Dashboards.

When an EBS user with BI Service Administrator role tries to access 'Manage Privileges' on the Administration page, the following error is returned:

Error retrieving user/group data from Oracle BI Server's User Population API.

SQL Issued: {call NQSGetUsers('NAME=aqf3','DISPLAY_NAME','ssi')}
 
 In the Catalog, same user also generate a similar error trying to access Permissions of a Catalog artifact.
 
 Catalog Manager can connect to the Catalog Off Line and view permissions without error.
 
 Also using an empty catalog allowed 'Manage Privileges' on the Administration page to be access.
