OBIEE 12.2.1.4.0: Configuration Hung at Step "Add Default Service Instance" during Installation on IBM AIX (Doc ID 2524897.1)

IBM AIX on POWER Systems (64-bit)

Symptoms

On Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) 12.2.1.4.0 version, 

While running OBIEE 12.2.1.4.0 Configuration on IBM AIX machine (64-Bit) using config.sh script, Configuration hung at step "Add Default Service Instance".

Tried running the script -  ./create_bi_service_instance.sh manually from command prompt. Still configuration remains hung. 

 In the installation logs, found the below error traces during hung -

Error:

[ERROR] [] [oracle.bi.install.config.actions] [tid: ] [ecid: <ECID>] Non-skipped failure during configuration action: Execution of [/./user_projects/domains/bi/bitools/bin/create_bi_service_instance.sh, -d, "Default BI Service Instance", -b, /./bi/modules/oracle.biee.application.sample/sample.bar, -o, <USER>, -i, <PORT>, -r, <PORT>, ssi] failed with exit value 130

[[ oracle.bi.exec.ExecutionStatusException: Execution of [/./user_projects/domains/bi/bitools/bin/create_bi_service_instance.sh, -d, "Default BI Service Instance", -b, /./bi/modules/oracle.biee.application.sample/sample.bar, -o, <USER>, -i, <PORT>, -r, <PORT>, ssi] failed with exit value 130
