Symptoms

  1. Exported Native users and groups from the Source environment.
  2. When attempting to import the Shared Services Export from the Source to the target, the following error occurs.

    Error: /Native Directory/Groups:- EPMIE-00069: Failed to find user during group children import. User <userid_abc> not found. Please ensure that a user exists in the system.
