OBIEE 12c: Why are Values with Full Precision Exported to Excel?

Goal
We have the analysis whose column is using 'Decimal Places' of 'Data Format' in the Column Properties.
ex)
When opening this analysis, the formatted values are displayed as follows:
But when exporting this analysis to "Excel 2007 +", the data with all precision can be seen.
In this case, customer can see 711387.2736 instead of formatted value 711387.27.
