Error "GsmNotFound" When Doing LCM Backup Process (Doc ID 2530925.1)

When attempting to do the LCM backup procedure that has been working for many months, it fails and the following error is seen in the LCM log.

Migrating artifacts from Reporting and Analysis/Reporting and Analysis to /<LCM_Export_Path>/RnA-Reporting and Analysis

The GSM had started up correctly. There were no errors in the GSM log.

Doing netstat -an | grep LISTEN
showed that port 6800 was listening
