SOAP call times out after X minutes
Using web services or other programs that log in to OBIEE using SOAP services on a clustered/scaled environment.
The tools previously worked without issue in OBIEE 11g, but after upgrading to 12c you get intermittent timeouts when the SOAP attempts occur.
The timeout generally occurs after 9 minutes with the following Error:
