Essbase: Runtime Substitution Variables Not Prompting When the Calc Script is Run from Smart View (Doc ID 2539327.1)

Symptoms

Trying to run a calc script with a Runtime Substitution Variable (RTSV) prompt from Smart View, there is no option to change the RTSV. If run, errors with:

1012154 "Invalid run time substitution variable block"
