FDMEE: Check ODI Connection Fails with Error "Connection to ODI agent failed" (Doc ID 2540646.1)

Symptoms

1) Unable to export data using FDMEE, batch execution fails with "An error occurred"

2) When opening the ODI console, it shows the error "ODI-3276: No valid repository alias is found. Click on management link on top right corner to create one."

3) Data Management-> System Settings-> Check ODI Connection fails with error "Connection to ODI agent failed"
