OBIA 11g: W_JOB_RQSTN_D.NUMBER_OF_OPENINGS Having NULL Values

Symptoms
On: Oracle Business Intelligence Applications 11.1.1.10.2 with Taleo 19A,
The NUMBER_OF_OPENINGS in the table W_JOB_RQSTN_D coming across as NULL. There is a total of 52 out of 7469 records in this table with NULL value in NUMBER_OF_OPENINGS.
There isn't much data in the W_JOB_RQSTN_DS and none of them had NULL values.
The issue is not in the Taleo reporting but in the BICS report (Taleo data extracted via BIAPPS ODI and loaded into Data Warehouse).
