Symptoms

On Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) Version 12.2.1.4

After upgrading from OBIEE 12.2.1.2 to OBIEE 12.2.1.4, while trying to access the SSL enabled DV URL, it navigates to the login screen, and post login, the screen goes blank.

Error in file bi_server1-diagnostic.log
