OBIA 11g: Incremental Load Failed with Error: 'ORA-01427' at Supervisor Update Persisted Stage Step (Doc ID 2545038.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Business Intelligence Applications Consumer (OBIA) 11.1.1.10.2 version, 

While performing incremental load, the session failed with error - "java.sql.BatchUpdateException: ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row" 

In ODI session log - SESS_XXXX_SDE_FUSION_11_ADAPTOR_SDE_FUSION_PERSISTEDSTAGE_WORKFORCEEVENT_SUPERVISOR_UPDATE.xml, the below error traces found.

SDE_FUSION_11_ADAPTOR_SDE_FUSION_PERSISTEDSTAGE_WORKFORCEEVENT_SUPERVISOR_UPDATE mapping failed with:

ODI-1217: Session SDE_FUSION_11_ADAPTOR_SDE_FUSION_PERSISTEDSTAGE_WORKFORCEEVENT_SUPERVISOR_UPDATE (31030780) fails with return code 1427.

ODI-1226: Step SDE_FUSION_PersistedStage_WorkforceEvent_Supervisor_Update2_Legislation.W_FSN_WEVT_SUP_PS fails after 1 attempt(s).

ODI-1240: Flow SDE_FUSION_PersistedStage_WorkforceEvent_Supervisor_Update2_Legislation.W_FSN_WEVT_SUP_PS fails while performing a Integration operation. This flow loads target table W_FSN_WEVT_SUP_PS.

ODI-1228: Task SDE_FUSION_PersistedStage_WorkforceEvent_Supervisor_Update2_Legislation.W_FSN_WEVT_SUP_PS (Integration) fails on the target ORACLE connection BIAPPS_DW. 

Caused By: java.sql.BatchUpdateException: ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row

at oracle.jdbc.driver.OraclePreparedStatement.executeBatch(OraclePreparedStatement.java:13349)

at oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleStatementWrapper.executeBatch(OracleStatementWrapper.java:248)
