While Running Data Load Rule in FDMEE Error "View row with key oracle.jbo.Key[2525-01-01] is not found in RuleRunStartPeriodLovVOIterator" (Doc ID 2548568.1)

Symptoms

In FDMEE v11.1.2.4.220,  user clicks on Execution button in Data Load Rule(DLR), it returns with an error:

"View row with key oracle.jbo.Key[2525-01-01] is not found in RuleRunStartPeriodLovVOIterator"
"View row with key oracle.jbo.Key[2525-01-01] is not found in RuleRunEndPeriodLovVOIterator"

Steps to reproduce the error

1. Access Data Management
2. Goto Data Load Rule
3. Select the POV and choose the location as 'LC-BPF-MI-GURANTEES'
4. Select the period as AP01-FY50(for this testcase where it had failed)
5. Select the category as 'BPF-FCST'
6. Now in Data Load Rule(DLR), click on Execute button
7. It will show the error as:

"View row with key oracle.jbo.Key[2525-01-01] is not found in RuleRunStartPeriodLovVOIterator"
"View row with key oracle.jbo.Key[2525-01-01] is not found in RuleRunEndPeriodLovVOIterator"

The period mentioned in above i.e [2525-01-01] changes based on the selection made in the POV w.r.t period.
