Symptoms
You've started the Weblogic services for HFM and FDMEE, but they appear in ADMIN state rather than the expected RUNNING mode. An error appears in Workspace when users try to access HFM applications:
The HFMWebX.log contains the below error:
java.io.IOException: [Store:280044]The file store directory "D:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\EPMSystem\JRFWSAsyncFileStore_HFMWeb0_auto_2" does not exist
at weblogic.store.io.file.StoreDir.throwIOException(StoreDir.java:173)
at weblogic.store.io.file.StoreDir.createDirectory(StoreDir.java:226)

A similar error is seen when accessing Data Management:
The ErpIntegratorX.log contains a similar error:
