Weblogic Services For Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) And Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management, Enterprise Edition (FDMEE) Are In ADMIN Mode (Doc ID 2549419.1)

Symptoms

You've started the Weblogic services for HFM and FDMEE, but they appear in ADMIN state rather than the expected RUNNING mode. An error appears in Workspace when users try to access HFM applications:

"Description: Invalid or could not find module configuration 'hfmadf.application'."

The HFMWebX.log contains the below error:

A similar error is seen when accessing Data Management:

"Description: Invalid or could not find module configuration 'aif.launch'."

The ErpIntegratorX.log contains a similar error:
