Symptoms

Refresh metadata for planning application failed with Error "java.lang.NullPointerException".
The issue can happened with planning or any other target application type

ErpIntegrator0.log shows :

<BEA-000405> <Uncaught Throwable in processSockets
java.lang.NullPointerException.
java.lang.NullPointerException
at java.nio.HeapByteBuffer.<init>(HeapByteBuffer.java:58)

<BEA-101083> <Connection failure.
java.io.IOException: Exception in protocol discrimination
at weblogic.socket.MuxableSocketDiscriminator.dispatch(MuxableSocketDiscriminator.java:195)
