Symptoms

A newly provisioned administrator is signing into Workspace for the first time, but an error is thrown: "You could Not Be Authenticated. Please Check The Name And Password And Try Again."  In the Workspace.log file, this error might also be seen: "Log on failed: error while checking user preferences."
