The following error occurs when trying to open an HPCM application from workspace.

Error: The required allocation module 'Profitability.appmgmt' is not configured.

syntax error

Symptoms

Error occurs when launching an HPCM application from workspace.

The Profitability service starts up successfully in the Starter logs, however the application fails to launch.

 

Changes

 No known changes except Web Logic was patched some time prior.  System was working after the Web Logic patching.
