Login to Essbase Fails with Error "Error 1055126: This user has no application access set. Please contact your system administrator"

After loading data using MaxL, AD users can authenticate against Administration Services, but cannot connect to multiple Essbase Servers using EAS with the following errors:
Error 1055126: This user has no application access set. Please contact your system administrator.
User is a member of a Native Group that has Administrator, Create/Delete Application, Provisioning Manager and Server Access for the cluster in question.
Migrated Production Servers from 126.96.36.199.000 to new Windows 2012 Servers running 188.8.131.52.032. Migrated 5 Essbase servers in environment using LCM, migrating all but Essbase Data and Text Files to new clusters with the same names.
