Unable to start managed servers after applying patches p29204678_1036 and p29800003_10360190416
The below error is getting logged in bi_server1.out log

MDS-00929: unable to look up name "jdbc/mds/owsm" in JNDI context
While trying to lookup 'jdbc.mds/owsm' didn't find subcontext 'jdbc'. Resolved ''
