OBIEE 12c: Error "Repository is corrupted" Returns While Navigating to Repository Tab On Administration Tool (Doc ID 2566651.1)

Symptoms

Open repository via Administration Tool --> Tools -- > Option --> Navigate to the tab Repository, the following error returns: Repository is corrupted. Please, execute validatedrpd with -J parameter.

While executing validatedrpd with -J parameter, another error "ERRORS: System user object does not exist in the repository" is reported but the issue still not resolved.
