OBIEE 12C: Cannot Open Attachement Delivered By Agent In Polish And Russian Characters (Doc ID 2569010.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition OBIEE 12C, Agents

Unable to open attachment delivered by agent when there is Polish and Russian language in name of analysis/attachment.

When sending an analysis using agent, there is a space after file extension.(Only when there is Polish and Russian Character in the file name)

ex: 'Analysis_name.pdf_'
