Symptoms
In the Shared Services Console, you've assigned filter access to certain areas of Essbase cubes and saved the changes. But when you check back later, the assignments are gone. In the Foundation log, you might see this error: "Failed to get the user(s) with specific search criteria. User does not exists. Provide different search criteria".
