OBIEE 12c: Configuring DB2 data source with OBIEE causes error " [ODBC DB2 Wire Protocol driver]Insufficient information to connect to the data source " (Doc ID 2571000.1)

Symptoms

After configuring data source DB2 as per the guide, getting the following errors while running the reports even after adding the following information in the ODBC.INI file.
