After migrating from OBI 10g to OBI 12c, when exporting to Excel a double column with set decimal places, OBI exports a value without rounding it.

For example, a double column contains the value 615.42852 and you would need to export to Excel 615.43. To do that a custom data format is set to 2 decimal places.

However, when exporting the value to Excel, the cell shows 615.42852 instead of 615.43.

Currently, the workaround is to set <DataValue> to UseFormattedValue which will affect all the analysis.
