Unable To Launch Data Management From Workspace (Doc ID 2572424.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to access the Data Management from EPMA workspace, the following error occurs.

_execScript::Error executing file"http://hostname:19000/aif/modules/com/hyperion/aif/gl/main/CommonMemberSelector.js'

Error could not complete operation due to error 80020101

After clicking OK ( popup window with above error), receive the below error.

Error loading Namespace for id:aif_launch

Steps:
1. Open workspace
2. Go to Navigate -> Data management
3. Above listed error occurs.

Changes

DB upgrade from version 11.2.0.3 to 12.1.0.1
