OBIA11g: Full Data Load Fails At External Storage Integration Download With Form Validation Error (Doc ID 2576592.1)

Symptoms

When running a full data load it failed at the External Storage Integration Download step.

Error 1 in ODI Session log:

ODI-1217: Session EXTERNAL_STORAGE_INTEGRATION_DOWNLOAD (271057571) fails with return code 7000.
Caused By: com.sunopsis.tools.core.exception.SnpsSimpleMessageException: ODI-17517: Error during task interpretation.
Task: 7
java.lang.Exception: The application script threw an exception: java.lang.RuntimeException: Error in download mode Error occured when downloading Files, Error Code returned by the Driver is :: MANIFEST_FILE_DOWNLOAD_ERROR BSF
