OBI 12c: Error when upgrading the OBIEE Client From To (Doc ID 2582915.1)

While upgrading the OBIEE Administration Tool from to in the client machine, the following error occurs:

The Windows Task Manager did not show another installation running.
Tried removing the locks from the inventory folder but the issue persists.
