ARM Data load failed with Error : socket write error: Connection aborted by peer (Doc ID 2587010.1)

Symptoms

Data load for ARM for many locations failed after running for many hours with Error : socket write error: Connection aborted by peer
In GUI , it shows Error: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.odi.runtime.agent.invocation.InvocationException, msg=HTTP/1.1 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable
FDM Version: 11.1.2.4.220
No Errors in process logs for any location

Changes

The issue start on ARM log :
[ARM log ] 2019-08-20T20:51 [SRC_METHOD: _runDataload] Started EXPORTTOARM scenario at ODI agent:http://xxxxxxxxxxxx.com:18000/oraclediagent

Then it failed in OHS log:

Y read? N); not failing over because method not idempotent
