Symptoms

When running the Custom VB script to send the mail notification, it fails with an error.

Process log shows the following error:

ERROR [AIF]: The script has failed to execute:
INFO [AIF]: \\servername\fdm\data\scripts\custom\MailAlert.vbs(39, 1) clsAppServerDM.fInitializeMainAPI: Unable to connect to database. Please check database information and verify database is accessible.


Steps to reproduce
-----------------------
1. Access Data Management
2. Run the Data Load rule 
3. It fails during the execution.
