Issue connecting to Discoverer Plus: Randomizing port issue (Doc ID 2591659.1)

Symptoms

 Discoverer Plus will work if there is no firewall present.  Once the firewall is in place each time you are restarting the managed server, Discoverer Plus is changing the connection port number, not matching the port number that has been set.  This will cause a connection failure resulting in an error similar to  error" containing the message: "Unable to connect to the Discoverer Server: Attempt 1: RMI protocol over https transport : Error unmarshalling return header; nested exception is: java.io.IOException: HTTP request failed: java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 500 for URL: https://servername.domain:443/discoverer/plus; jsessionid=wNNcd6LH...?rmicmd=forward&port=12345."  If you open communication on port 12345 on the firewall, you are able to successfully connect, but next time wls_disco managed server is started, the port number will be different.

Changes

 A recent update to a newer JDK version or it can be that the installation used with a newer version of JDK
