On Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition(OBIEE) 11.1.1.7 version, Check "Custom Text" at the prompt and set a blank label.

After migrating to 12.2.1.4.0 using the bi_migration tool,

"Custom text" was changed to Uncheck and the label was displayed.

Upgraded from OBIEE 11.1.1.7 to version 12.2.1.4.0.
