OBI 12c: While Editing An Existing Agent, The Page Hangs And Becomes Unresponsive (Doc ID 2600375.1)

When editing agents the page becomes unresponsive.

Creating new agents works fine.

The issue appears to be random and it is not related to any specific agent.

When the issue occurs, restarting the scheduler component or all of OBI stack allows the agent to be edited.
