Symptoms

User preference is not working as expected in a clustered discoverer environment.

When a user logs in Discoverer Viewer or Plus 11g, sometimes the user sees the value as 10000 in "Limit Retrieved Query data to: " and sometimes the same user sees value of 999999.

The user preference should be same in Discoverer Plus or Viewer.
